Century Storage

First and foremost, so Thankful for Amber, Site Manager and Alyssa, Administration. Thankful I chose Century Storage 2 years ago. I am disabled, clutsy, get nervous easily and had issue with lock on my storage lock door, my son had tried to get in with my key and something had gone wrong with lock. I called office and spoke to Sarah, very kind, she spoke to Amber, Manager, and they told me not to worry, come up at my convenience to office (just call ahead to make sure Manager available) and I could sign paperwork for lock to be cut off, buy new lock, no worries. I also asked if ok son come to pick up keys. They even had a form so I could sign and have that done to help me out. Amber walked me out of office, held door, was extremely kind and personable inside office and outside. I apologized for my slowness, cane, etc…she was so sweet about it, said not to worry. We talked a moment and then I made my way to vehicle. Now, Alyssa… I’m in my vehicle, panic because I can’t find my driver’s license and call in to Alyssa in office. She very kindly looks through our paperwork, office and then says she will be right there. Alyssa came out of office, searched that area, looked under my car, I’m all shaking and apologizing and she sweetly says, do not worry, I am happy to help you…she felt bad for me. Well, I have a very shaky right hand. After Alyssa helping me look through front of car, purse, etc, I told her about my hand. She said let me try one more thing. Opens back door again and sees my license back there. She had a smile on her face the whole time. No judgment whatsoever. So, Shout out to Amber and Alyssa! Whether you have a disability or not, this is the place to store your belongings…and feel safe in all ways. Thank you and God bless you!!
